What do I need to bring?
Just your fine self and a bottle of water. You're welcome to bring a towel as well.
I'm super unfit - will I survive?
I promise, you will! Make adjustments as you need - if you can't jump, step it out. If you can't get down, squat instead. The more you do it, the easier it becomes I promise 💕
Do I need to have dance experience?
Absolutely not. This isn't a traditional dance class with choreography you need to remember the next week etc. Each track has just four easy to follow steps and if you make a mistake, who cares!
Who can come?
Anyone aged 16 and over 😊
Wait... does that mean guys can come too?
Absolutely! Shake your groove thing, king.
Can I bring my kid/s?
While these classes are for ages 16 and over, we totally understand that sometimes life can happen, and little ones occasionally need to tag along. If they feel like joining in, that’s absolutely fine (future stars in the making!). That said, we do ask that they stay close to you, don’t disrupt the flow of the class, and steer clear of any lighting, sound, or other (very expensive!) equipment. We appreciate you helping us keep the space fun, safe, and focused for everyone.
Do I have to book, or can I just turn up?
To plan appropriately and ensure the space is safe and comfortable, bookings are required.
What if I have to cancel?
Things happen! If you have to cancel for any reason, please jump online and cancel your booking. We don't charge cancellation fees as we would much rather this than no shows. This allows others book in your place as well as effective planning for class

I've never been before and am really nervous... help!?
Hey, I've been there! Here's some points that might help ease those nerves:
1. The room is quite dark, so you don't have to worry about people seeing you if you make a mistake
2. If you do make a mistake, who cares!? This is all about having fun. Laugh it off, turn it into your signature move - own it!
3. This is for literally anybody. It's not about being perfect, looking perfect, and being a Broadway star (but also, if you are - pop OFF). It's all about having fun, feeling the beat, bringing people together, gaining confidence, getting fitter, and all the warm and fuzzies. Even if you didn't follow a single step and danced in a circle; if you smiled and had fun, that's what matters.
